Great Stay with Some Hiccups
During our stay, we appreciated the friendly staff and quick maintenance response. Breakfast was ample early on, but restocking could improve. The room was spacious, perfect for our family, though cleanliness needs addressing. Consider asking for a room on the first floor for convenience with luggage.

Consider requesting a room on a lower floor if you need accessibility, as there is no elevator.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The pool was a wonderful spot to relax, and the fitness center made it easy to keep up our routine. The only hiccup was that the breakfast options were a bit limited, but overall, we can't wait to return! 😊

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, beyond spotless! Helen, the breakfast lady, stood out with her welcoming attitude and kept everything fresh. I also enjoyed the lovely city view from my room, it really added to my stay.
An elevator would significantly improve accessibility for seniors.

I loved the clean and spacious rooms at Quality Inn. The staff felt welcoming, and their friendliness made my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had plenty of choices and tasted great, which added to a delightful start to my day. Free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. One downside, though, was the shower. it had weak water pressure. Additionally, the lack of an elevator made it difficult for seniors or those with mobility issues to access upper floors. I appreciated the charming decor and atmosphere, but those couple of inconveniences kept it from being perfect.

Cleanliness was top-notch with spotless rooms, and the breakfast options were diverse and tasty. However, a significant issue arose when I was charged an additional fee for requesting a ground floor room due to my mobility challenges. This unexpected charge was disappointing and felt inconsiderate. Additionally, some staff members lacked friendliness, which dampened the overall experience.
